Our History
Maintenance Unlimited is a true family business. Founded in 1977 by Ben and Linda Nathan, the company was later expanded by Gabriel Nathan, who played a pivotal role in its growth and success. Today, Jacob Nathan serves as the President, representing the third generation of leadership. Under his direction, Maintenance Unlimited has undergone a revolutionary transformation, incorporating advanced cleaning techniques and maintaining exceptional quality standards to elevate the company’s performance. Joshua Nathan, also part of the third generation, is taking on an increasingly active role in shaping the company’s future.
With over 48 years of experience in El Paso, we have continuously evolved by adopting new technology and best practices to remain at the forefront of the industry.
